When you read my Tips For Sellers page you will understand why I will have to ask for a returnable deposit of £200 up front if you want me to hold my 280 for viewing. ps when I say returnable deposit - I should say returnable when you actually turn up to view the car. Had to clarify as recently someone paid the deposit - didn't bother to turn up and still asked for the deposit back - hence clarification:- when you arrive at my door you'll be handed back your deposit - whether you choose to buy or not - how's that for fairness?
